1. How long will my order take?

Production usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your order size and design. Once completed, shipping takes an additional 1–2 weeks depending on your location and package size.

2. Can I get a proof before printing?

Yes! We will provide a digital proof for all custom products before production begins. This helps ensure your design, colours, and layout are exactly how you want them.

3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since all of our products are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or cancellations. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

4. Can I customize colours or designs?

Absolutely! We offer a wide range of colour options, designs and styles. 

6. Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

Yes, we do! For large team orders or bulk purchases, please contact us for custom pricing and turnaround times.
