At Impress Labels, every product is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds are only issued if your product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.

All products — including helmet stickers, decals, fan chains, and custom stickers — are made to order. Please double-check your design, colours, and spelling before finalizing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Production Time: Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to produce, depending on your design, order size, and quantity.
Shipping Time: Once your order is complete, shipping can take an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and the size of your order.
